Whether negotiating for your first full-time job or for a promotion, it is important that we learn how to effectively communicate our worth and contribution to the company as well as firmly stand our ground when seeking professional advancement. This workshop will focus on professional negotiation and financial aptitude. We will discuss how to quantify our contributions, identify what an acceptable wage is for our work, the timing of good negotiation, the role of confidence in negotiation, and how to effectively and efficiently seek God throughout the process. We will also discuss the consequences of negotiating for selfish purposes.
